The day of the dead approaches! League of Legends patch 13.19 is Riots' final chance to tweak the meta before the end-of-year LoL Worlds 2023 tournament, hosted in Seoul.
Surprisingly, LoL patch 13.19 is on a smaller scale, as only thirteen champions are seeing changes (ten buffs, three nerfs). There are also just two minor item tweaks to complete the update. This is mainly due to the large-scale previous changes in patches 13.18 and 13.17.
Let's dive into all the buffs and nerfs dropping in LoL patch 13.19, including when the patch goes live, all champion changes, and the new La Illusion skins releasing in the shop.
According to Riot Games' official patch schedule, League of Legends patch 13.19 will go live on September 27, 2023.
The patch will be rolled out steadily across the day according to all major server time zones, beginning with the Oceanic server. Here are all the critical patch rollout times for the major LoL servers worldwide.
As with every new patch release, several hours of server downtime will occur. While this is happening, all matchmaking and competitive queues will be disabled before the new patch is fully live across all servers.
LoL patch 13.19 is known as the "Worlds patch," the final major update before the beginning of LoL Worlds on October 10. As such, Riot Games is making tweaks to champions often seen in competitive play. This includes Azir, Twitch, Gangplank, and Pyke, to name a few.
It wouldn't be a new League of Legends patch without a few nerfs! Renekton has been the strongest Top champion for a few patches, as the recent Gore buffs pushed him over the edge. As such, Riot is looking to bring him down a notch in time for Worlds in LoL patch 13.19.
Another champion getting hit with the nerf hammer is Rek'Sai, as Riot attempts to maintain her bruiser status while hitting early-game strength simultaneously.
As always, Riot Games offers several new skins to entice players to open their wallets. This time, it's the La Illusion skins celebrating the Day of the Dead, also known as Dia De Los Muertos, the Mexican celebration.
Without further ado, here are the LoL patch 13.19 early notes. Remember that these changes are only set in stone once made live on all servers on September 27. Riot Games could pull the plug on these at any given time.

For LoL patch 13.19, there are no new changes to dragon buffs, systems, or any Summoner Spells. Instead, just two items are getting balanced for the better.
Randuin's Omen is getting a pretty significant buff, reducing its cost and making it a good answer to double-crit enemy compositions. Seeker's Armguard is another pretty under-purchased item, and it's getting a small buff by increasing the armor offers in the hopes of making it more popular.
That's everything on the upcoming League of Legends patch 13.19 early notes. It'll be interesting to see the impacts these changes have on higher presence champions like Zeri by nerfing her mobility and early Q damage.
